We specialize in cost recovery, cost savings, surgical product sales, surplus liquidation, and supply chain business solutions.Job SummaryThe Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding SRG&rsquo;s presence within assigned and existing healthcare accounts. This role focuses on new business development and ongoing account management while serving as a trusted partner to healthcare decision makers.You will work directly with supply chain leaders, clinical stakeholders, and executives to identify procurement challenges and deliver customized, cost-effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and develop new healthcare accounts through cold calling, networking, and lead generation</li><li>Manage and grow an assigned territory and existing account list</li><li>Build strong relationships with hospital and ASC decision-makers</li></ul>Account Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts</li><li>Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued use of SRG solutions</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews to assess needs and identify growth opportunities</li></ul>Presentations &amp; Closing<ul><li>Conduct virtual meetings to assess client needs</li><li>Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals</li><li>Negotiate and close contracts for surgical supplies, surplus programs, and supply chain services</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasts</li><li>Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or medical supply sales</li><li>Experience closing individual accounts or managing complex healthcare accounts</li><li>Ability to sell to mid-level and senior healthcare decision-makers</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Experience managing the full sales cycle</li><li>Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>CRM experience preferred</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field)</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Medical device, surgical supply, or healthcare distribution sales</li><li>Healthcare supply chain or hospital procurement experience</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive base salary</li><li>Commission-based incentive plan</li><li>Professional growth and career advancement opportunities</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Remote/home office-based role</li><li>Occasional travel to clients and company headquarters in Clearwater, FL</li></ul>Why Join SRG?<ul><li>Make a direct impact on healthcare cost savings</li><li>Work with leading hospitals and healthcare organizations</li><li>Being part of a growing, innovative healthcare company</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Clearwater, FL 33762
