We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated, energetic professional eager to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment dedicated to holistic wellness.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless patient experience</li><li>Prepare examination rooms, sterilize equipment, and assist providers during patient consultations with procedures such as vital signs collection, phlebotomy, and medication administration</li><li>Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), including accurate documentation of medical histories, treatment plans, and medical records management</li><li>Support clinical workflows by performing intake assessments, recording vital signs, and updating patient charts with detailed medical documentation</li><li>Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-up calls, and patient communications to optimize clinic flow and patient satisfaction</li><li>Assist with basic pharmacology knowledge for medication management and understanding of ICD coding for accurate billing and record keeping</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing referrals, and processing insurance information</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in medical office support within outpatient or clinic settings; familiarity with dermatology, internal medicine, or hospital medicine is highly valued</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology to support clinical tasks effectively</li><li>Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Eclinicall management tools for accurate documentation and data entry</li><li>Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally in diverse healthcare environments including urgent care or hospital settings</li><li>Ability to perform clinical procedures such as vital signs measurement, phlebotomy, medication administration, and basic life support (BLS) certification preferred</li><li>Experience working in hospital or Level I Trauma Center environments enhances your ability to handle high-pressure situations confidently</li><li>Knowledge of ICD coding standards and medical records management ensures compliance and billing accuracy</li></ul>Join us in transforming healthcare by providing compassionate support that empowers patients on their wellness journeys.
