If you thrive in a dynamic, growth-driven environment, this role is for you.### *Role Overview*The *Senior Finance Executive* will oversee the organization&rsquo;s financial health and reporting accuracy. This position requires strategic insight, operational excellence, and strong knowledge of financial regulations. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and sound financial planning.Key Responsibilities*1. Financial Planning &amp; Analysis** Lead budgeting and forecasting across departments.* Conduct financial analysis to guide business decisions and cost optimization.* Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership.*2. Accounts Receivable &amp; Payable Oversight** Supervise AR/AP processes ensuring timely and accurate transactions.* Resolve billing, reconciliation, and vendor/client issues.* Maintain and review aging reports and AP/AR summaries.*3. Taxation &amp; Compliance** Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).* Stay updated on tax laws and implement process improvements.* Coordinate with consultants and auditors for assessments and compliance.*4. Treasury &amp; Banking** Manage company cash flow, fund planning, and bank operations.* Handle domestic and international remittances, FX transactions, and regulatory reporting.* Liaise with banks for credit, forex, and investment decisions.*5. Audit, Controls &amp; Documentation** Lead internal and statutory audits with proper documentation and reconciliations.* Strengthen internal control systems for financial accuracy.* Ensure adherence to statutory financial requirements.*6.
