Whether managing guest relations or coordinating interviews, your proactive approach will help us attract top talent and maintain a vibrant workplace environment.Duties<ul><li>Greet all visitors, candidates, and team members warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere</li><li>Manage guest check-ins and provide clear directions within the facility</li><li>Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate appointments</li><li>Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects our welcoming culture</li><li>Support the hiring team by managing visitor logs, interview schedules, and related documentation</li><li>Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process visitor badges or related transactions when necessary</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a host or hostess in food service or hospitality environments preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus</li><li>Experience in hotel or guest services environments is advantageous</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create positive guest experiences through friendly interaction and proactive service</li></ul>Join us as a Hiring Host and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences!
