Duties

• Greet all visitors, candidates, and team members warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere
• Manage guest check-ins and provide clear directions within the facility
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate appointments
• Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects our welcoming culture
• Support the hiring team by managing visitor logs, interview schedules, and related documentation
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process visitor badges or related transactions when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or hostess in food service or hospitality environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in hotel or guest services environments is advantageous
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to create positive guest experiences through friendly interaction and proactive service
