Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Host/Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively environment that celebrates teamwork and guest relations.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression</li><li>Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverage options, and accommodate special requests</li><li>Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service flow</li><li>Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest preferences, maintaining high hospitality standards</li><li>Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, dining area, and service stations to ensure a welcoming environment</li><li>Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest services and resolve any issues promptly</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred</li><li>Strong background in food service, customer service, and guest relations</li><li>Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable</li><li>Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and positive interaction</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of serving procedures, guest services standards, and phone etiquette</li></ul>Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences!
