Bartender/Serve/Host

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverage options, and accommodate special requests
• Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service flow
• Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest preferences, maintaining high hospitality standards
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette
• Maintain cleanliness of the host stand, dining area, and service stations to ensure a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest services and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

• Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or Server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong background in food service, customer service, and guest relations
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
• Experience working in hotel or hospitality environments is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and positive interaction
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of serving procedures, guest services standards, and phone etiquette
