Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant responsible for maintaining accurate financial records through daily accounting entries in the system.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Record daily expense entries accurately in the accounting system</li><li>Generate customer invoices and ensure timely and correct billing</li><li>Enter and adjust customer collections/payments against outstanding invoices and follow-up for the outstanding invoices</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure accuracy between bank statements and system records</li><li>Maintain and record petty cash expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation</li><li>Verify accounting entries and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance Maintain organized accounting records and files </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and follow up on pending entries</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in basic accounting or bookkeeping</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel </li></ul>Experience:3&ndash;5 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role (preferred)Job Type: Full-time
