Role OverviewWe are seeking a Financial Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management, while providing strategic insights that support SPC&rsquo;s growth and investment objectives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and hands-on expertise in managing financial operations within the real estate and property management sector.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.</li><li>Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Saudi accounting standards.</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision-making.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.</li><li>Develop and implement internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.</li><li>Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.</li><li>Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities (ZATCA, MOCI, SAMA).</li><li>Oversee taxation matters including VAT, Zakat, and corporate income tax compliance.</li><li>Support senior management in evaluating investment opportunities, real estate valuations, and ROI analysis.</li><li>Partner with operations and leasing teams to align financial strategies with business performance.</li><li>Implement and optimize ERP/financial systems (e.g., Yardi, Oracle, SAP, or similar).</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred).</li><li>Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA Preferred, and SOCPA (Required)</li><li>8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role within real estate, property management, or investment sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi tax and Zakat regulations, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.</li><li>Bilingual (Arabic &amp; English) preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
