Leasing Specialist

SPC is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving occupancy across our residential, retail, and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is results-driven, client-focused, and passionate about real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the full leasing cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate leads through various channels, including digital platforms, partnerships, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and corporate partners.
• Present properties and their features in a professional, compelling way.
• Prepare lease proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine leasing approach.
• Coordinate with the marketing and property management teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activity and tenant interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, property, or real estate sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
