This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing small business to develop your skills in digital marketing, content management, and campaign optimization within a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), digital advertising channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, and print.</li><li>Manage content for websites, social media, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings on search platforms and other content management systems.</li><li>Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing techniques.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords; prepare reports to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and recommend data-driven adjustments.</li><li>Work internally with Canva and with graphic designers to produce compelling visual content</li><li>Support the integration of marketing automation tools to streamline outreach efforts and nurture leads effectively.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media management, email marketing, and performance marketing.</li><li>Proficiency in content and website management system including Square Space; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus for technical customization.</li><li>Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.</li><li>Ability to perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices for improved search engine rankings.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills with a passion for innovative digital marketing strategies that drive results.</li><li>Bring your expertise in SEO tools, content creation, social media management, and analytics to help us reach new heights&mdash;empowering our brand through creative storytelling and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment!</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shepherdstown, WV 25443
