Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), digital advertising channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, and print.
- Manage content for websites, social media, and email newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings on search platforms and other content management systems.
- Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and performance marketing techniques.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords; prepare reports to track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and recommend data-driven adjustments.
- Work internally with Canva and with graphic designers to produce compelling visual content
- Support the integration of marketing automation tools to streamline outreach efforts and nurture leads effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media management, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in content and website management system including Square Space; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus for technical customization.
- Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
- Ability to perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices for improved search engine rankings.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a passion for innovative digital marketing strategies that drive results.
