 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 
 7+ years
 
 of progressive experience in product management, including
 
 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role
 
 .
 
 
 
 Mandatory startup experience
 
 &mdash; proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
 
 
 
 Mandatory fintech experience
 
 &mdash; deep understanding of commodities, climate-tech, financial products, digital payments, lending, wealth management, or related domains.
 
 
 Proven track record of building and scaling
 
 0 to 1 products
 
 , achieving product-market fit, and driving measurable business outcomes.
