About The Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Product Director to lead our product strategy, roadmap, and execution in a fast-paced fintech startup environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product leader with proven experience in building and scaling products from 0 to 1 , driving product-market fit , and thriving in the dynamic, high-growth culture of startups.

You will own the end-to-end product vision — from discovery to delivery — and collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to shape our fintech product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and fintech market opportunities.

Translate business objectives, customer insights, and regulatory trends into actionable product strategies .

Partner with the executive team to shape product direction, investment priorities , and go-to-market plans.

Stay ahead of emerging Climate Tech, fintech trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform long-term planning.

0 to 1 Product Execution

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of fintech products — from ideation, discovery, and MVP definition to scaling and continuous iteration.

Drive the product-market fit process , leveraging customer research, experimentation, and data-driven insights.

Establish frameworks for rapid validation , hypothesis testing, and iterative learning to accelerate innovation.

Team Leadership & Development

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team , fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and innovation.

Define clear goals, KPIs, and development paths for the team.

Champion best practices in product management, agile development, and customer-centric design thinking.

Execution & Delivery

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ensure timely delivery of high-impact products.

Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact , and resource alignment.

Implement scalable processes for roadmap planning, product budget planning, release management , and performance tracking.

Ensure operational excellence through agile and data-driven execution.

Customer & Market Focus

Deeply understand customer pain points, behaviors, and needs within the fintech ecosystem.

Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to guide product direction.

Oversee pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that maximize user adoption, engagement, and profitability.

Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to continuously gather insights and validate strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with marketing, sales, compliance, and operations to ensure cohesive product launches and aligned strategic initiatives.

Communicate product vision, priorities, and updates clearly across the organization.

Serve as a product evangelist — representing the company’s product vision internally and externally, driving thought leadership in fintech innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

7+ years of progressive experience in product management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role .

Mandatory startup experience — proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Mandatory fintech experience — deep understanding of commodities, climate-tech, financial products, digital payments, lending, wealth management, or related domains.

Proven track record of building and scaling 0 to 1 products , achieving product-market fit, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical , and executional capabilities .

Expertise in agile methodologies , experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, matrixed teams .
