What We Do
Powered by our unique patented technology, Bidgely's UtilityAI™ Platform transforms multiple dimensions of customer data - such as energy consumption, demographics, and interactions into deeply accurate and actionable consumer energy insights. We leverage these insights to empower each customer with personalized recommendations tailored to their individual personality and lifestyle, usage attributes, behavioral patterns, purchase propensity and beyond.
How We Do It
From a distributed energy resources (DER) and grid edge perspective, Bidgely is advancing smart meter innovation with data-driven solutions for solar PVs, electric vehicle (EV) detection, EV behavioral load shifting and managed charging, energy theft, short-term load forecasting, grid analytics and time of use (TOU) rate designs. Bidgely’s UtilityAI™ energy analytics provides deep visibility into generation and consumption for better peak load shaping and grid planning and delivers targeted recommendations for new value-added products and services.

How You Fit In
You will act as the GM of your problem space, balancing customer empathy, product excellence, and business impact. You are data-obsessed, have a bias-to-action, and fluent in transforming insights into scalable CX outcomes. Standout candidates will be AI-native—comfortable articulating an ML-powered value proposition and using GenAI tools for speed and scale.
You will work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with responsibility for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from roadmap and design to launch and enablement
What You’ll Do
Own a customer problem area end‑to‑end: define the vision, strategy, metrics, and delivery to the market; shape a 6-12‑month roadmap.
Discover & prioritize through market analysis, customer interviews, data mining, and experiment results.
Write & drive clear PRDs/specs; partner with Design Team to deliver accessible, intuitive UX across channels.
Collaborate with Engineering & Data Science to ship solutions incrementally, including data integrations, data engines, multi-application channel UX
Measure outcomes (adoption, CSAT/NPS, call deflection, savings, reliability SLOs); run A/B tests; iterate.
Enable GTM with crisp positioning, packaging, and launch plans; support client success and pre‑sales narratives.
Represent the product with utility clients, regulators, and internal execs; communicate trade‑offs & decisions in writing.
What Makes You Successful
4–7+ years in Product Management with SaaS + data/analytics; 2+ years owning a CX/engagement or data‑driven product.
Strong technical fluency: read APIs, reason about data models, eventing, and privacy/consent implications. Comfort working with data scientists, engineers, and non-technical customers alike.
Proven strategy execution muscle: experience in shipping multi‑quarter roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and scalable processes.
Facility with experimentation and product analytics; comfort with funnels, cohorts, and AB testing.
Excellent writing & stakeholder leadership; can align execs and clients around trade‑offs.
Domain bonus: utilities/energy (DSM/DR, TOU rates, DER/EV/solar), CSR tooling, or regulated industries.
Nice to Have
Experience with load disaggregation or energy analytics; GenAI applications in CX and internal tooling.
Working with enterprise buyers, procurements, and security/compliance reviews.
