Role OverviewResponsible for overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, and compliance of electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems across construction or facility projects. Acts as a key liaison between contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Project Execution &amp; Coordination</li><li>Plan and manage MEP works from design to commissioning.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for system integration.</li><li>Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.</li><li>Technical Oversight</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.</li><li>Supervise installation and testing of electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.</li><li>Ensure systems comply with local codes and international standards.</li><li>Safety &amp; Compliance</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits for safety and quality.</li><li>Implement fire safety protocols and emergency response plans.</li><li>Maintain documentation for regulatory approvals and inspections.</li><li>Team Leadership</li><li>Lead and mentor site engineers and technicians.</li><li>Allocate tasks and monitor performance.</li><li>Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management</li><li>Provide updates to clients and resolve technical concerns.</li><li>Collaborate with facility management for smooth handover and operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;19,647.07 - &#8377;39,753.00 per monthWork Location: In person
