Job Title: Purchase Executive / Purchase Officer Department: Purchase &amp; Stores Location: HospitalJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchase Executive for our hospital. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement of medical and non-medical items, maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely supply of materials as per hospital requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle purchase of medical equipment, medicines, surgical items, consumables, and general hospital supplies.</li><li>Prepare and process purchase orders as per departmental requirements.</li><li>Identify reliable vendors and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, and quotations.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store department to avoid shortages.</li><li>Ensure quality standards and verify materials received as per order specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing.</li><li>Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies and statutory requirements.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain Management or any relevant field).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital purchase or healthcare procurement.</li><li>Good knowledge of medical products and hospital consumables.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Vendor management skills</li><li>Inventory control knowledge</li><li>Documentation and record-keeping ability</li><li>Time management and coordination skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of billing and taxation</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
