This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your skills directly impact the well-being of others.Duties<ul><li>Monitor residents&rsquo; safety and well-being throughout the night, observing for any changes in condition or behavior</li><li>Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting</li><li>Administer medications and perform vital signs checks in accordance with care plans and HIPAA regulations</li><li>Respond promptly to residents&rsquo; calls for assistance, providing compassionate support and reassurance</li><li>Document observations, incidents, and care provided accurately in compliance with privacy standards</li><li>Support residents with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices when necessary</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, including light cleaning and sanitation tasks</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home health care preferred; group home experience is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring</li><li>Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance are highly desirable</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist with resident transfers using appropriate equipment</li><li>Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia (including Alzheimer&rsquo;s and memory care), autism or other disabilities is beneficial</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and support residents&rsquo; needs</li><li>Flexibility to work overnight shifts consistently; reliable attendance is essential</li></ul>Join us in providing exceptional night-time care that fosters safety, comfort, and dignity.
