Established freight company looking for the next person to help us grow!Duties: - Communicating with drivers to meet customers pick up and delivery needs.- Do what it takes to get the job done- Resolve customer/vendor complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.- Must be able to multi-task and handle very high volume inbound and outbound calls.- Data entry- Submit rate contracts and present company materials to vendors.- Handle fast paced environment, time sensitive, high priority tasks.- Continuous communication with drivers, dispatchers and customers on shipment details.- Provide directions, specific delivery instructions and manage changes in scheduling- Make scheduled check calls to make sure drivers are where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there.Qualifications - Must be computer efficient and understand the basic functions of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Logistics experience is preferred- Ability to quickly and accurately solve problems- Self-starter with multi-tasking ability and strong interpersonal skills- Ability to develop creative solutions to problemsPosition will begin immediately.Serious inquiries only, email your resume ASAP!INTERVIEWING NOW!!Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
