No old school tactics.We&rsquo;re looking for a team consisting of:-Hybrid Private Party Buyers - Work a hybrid schedule managing both incoming opportunities and aggregated private party car listings. Work mostly in front of a computer, tablet and phone.-Remote Appraisers/Buyers - Work a hybrid schedule managing both your own opportunities to purchase vehicles AND helping the team with remote appraisals and purchases by helping with pickup and delivery. Your day could be spent in front of a computer, a customer, or driving around for appraisals.-In-store Appraisers/Buyers- Work a hybrid scheduling managing both your own opportunities to purchase vehicles AND helping the team with in-store appraisals by helping with purchase finalization.Successful buyers are excellent with people, especially on the phone and via text. They are available night and day to try to make deals. Most importantly, they are critical thinkers able to analyze clients, vehicles, and markets.
