Vehicle Acquisition Specialist (Buyer/Appraiser)

Join a brand new private party buying team at an exciting automotive technology company focused on a great client experience brought by enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly client managers, buyers and appraisers (both remote and in-store).

With new-age tools for acquisition and opportunity generation, you can carve out a path as an expert in the world of the used car market, vehicle acquisition, and creating a top-tier client experience.

You’ll be trained in world-class phone, text and in-person communication and negotiation techniques now widely accepted as best-in-industry. No old school tactics.

We’re looking for a team consisting of:

-Hybrid Private Party Buyers - Work a hybrid schedule managing both incoming opportunities and aggregated private party car listings. Work mostly in front of a computer, tablet and phone.

-Remote Appraisers/Buyers - Work a hybrid schedule managing both your own opportunities to purchase vehicles AND helping the team with remote appraisals and purchases by helping with pickup and delivery. Your day could be spent in front of a computer, a customer, or driving around for appraisals.

-In-store Appraisers/Buyers- Work a hybrid scheduling managing both your own opportunities to purchase vehicles AND helping the team with in-store appraisals by helping with purchase finalization.

Successful buyers are excellent with people, especially on the phone and via text. They are available night and day to try to make deals. Most importantly, they are critical thinkers able to analyze clients, vehicles, and markets. Is this you?

These roles are well compensated on a per vehicle acquired or per vehicle appraised basis with a 60 day gauranteed salary as you’re trained, get yourself familiar with the process, appraising and mastering the client experience.

Requirements:

-We believe anybody can succeed with a combination of work ethic, reliability and a consistent desire to succeed with a positive attitude

-High school degree or equivalent

-Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN record

Helpful Backgrounds:

-Automotive sales / BDC

-Previous phone sales or advanced phone customer service

-Any role where problem solving for a client led to success for you

We are currently a small company with less than ten employees and don't (YET) offer health benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
