If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy making a positive impact through hospitality, this position is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Greet residents and guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience</li><li>Serve meals, beverages, and snacks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and portion control</li><li>Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation in accordance with safety and quality standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces regularly</li><li>Support the dietary department by following meal plans and dietary restrictions accurately</li><li>Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed to uphold food safety regulations</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal delivery times and address any special requests or dietary needs</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals, or the food industry is highly desirable</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor</li><li>Knowledge of food production, preparation, and serving techniques</li><li>Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation standards</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic culinary experience and understanding of meal presentation are advantageous</li></ul>This position offers an engaging environment where your energy and commitment will directly enhance the well-being of our residents.
