About SWET StudioSWET Studio is a boutique aerial yoga and fitness studio located in Boston&rsquo;s South End. Our studio focuses on strength, movement, and community in a premium small-group environment.We are seeking a Sales &amp; Marketing Manager who will take ownership of social media growth, client acquisition, and local partnerships to help expand our community.This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys building brands, creating content, and directly tying marketing efforts to revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management<ul><li>Plan and execute monthly content across Instagram and other social platforms</li><li>Film and edit short-form video content inside the studio</li><li>Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand aesthetic</li><li>Post reels, stories, and promotional content highlighting classes and events</li></ul>Sales &amp; Client Acquisition<ul><li>Convert social media engagement into bookings and memberships</li><li>Promote class packages, workshops, and studio offers</li><li>Track marketing campaigns and measure results</li></ul>Partnerships &amp; Community Outreach<ul><li>Develop relationships with local businesses, residential buildings, and community groups</li><li>Coordinate promotional collaborations that bring new clients to the studio</li></ul>Success MetricsPerformance will primarily be evaluated based on:<ul><li>Consistent monthly content production</li><li>Growth in new client bookings</li><li>Membership and package sales generated through marketing campaigns</li><li>Local partnerships that drive studio traffic</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Experience managing social media accounts for brands, gyms, or wellness businesses</li><li>Comfortable filming and editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Sales mindset with ability to convert leads into customers</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li><li>Interest in fitness, wellness, or boutique studios</li></ul>Bonus:<ul><li>Fitness industry marketing experience</li><li>Existing local audience or creator background</li><li>Boston community connections</li></ul>Role Structure<ul><li>Flexible schedule based on deliverables</li><li>Hybrid / periodic on-site filming at the studio</li><li>Performance-based role with strong upside potential</li></ul>Perks<ul><li>Complimentary unlimited studio membership</li><li>Access to studio space for filming content</li><li>Flexible working hours</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a boutique wellness brand</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Internship, ContractPay: From $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 1 &ndash; 5 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Boston, MA 02116
