Sales & Marketing Manager (Social Media & Client Acquisition)

About SWET Studio

SWET Studio is a boutique aerial yoga and fitness studio located in Boston’s South End. Our studio focuses on strength, movement, and community in a premium small-group environment.

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager who will take ownership of social media growth, client acquisition, and local partnerships to help expand our community.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys building brands, creating content, and directly tying marketing efforts to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute monthly content across Instagram and other social platforms
• Film and edit short-form video content inside the studio
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand aesthetic
• Post reels, stories, and promotional content highlighting classes and events

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Convert social media engagement into bookings and memberships
• Promote class packages, workshops, and studio offers
• Track marketing campaigns and measure results

Partnerships & Community Outreach

• Develop relationships with local businesses, residential buildings, and community groups
• Coordinate promotional collaborations that bring new clients to the studio

Success Metrics

Performance will primarily be evaluated based on:

• Consistent monthly content production
• Growth in new client bookings
• Membership and package sales generated through marketing campaigns
• Local partnerships that drive studio traffic

Ideal Candidate

• Experience managing social media accounts for brands, gyms, or wellness businesses
• Comfortable filming and editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Sales mindset with ability to convert leads into customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Interest in fitness, wellness, or boutique studios

Bonus:

• Fitness industry marketing experience
• Existing local audience or creator background
• Boston community connections

Role Structure

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
