Requirements</b></h2><div><p>
Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) or 5-20 (All Lines) license required.</p><p>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property &amp; Casualty insurance sales.</p><p>
Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets.</p><p>
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.</p><p>
Strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and underwriting principles.</p><p>
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</p><p>
Proficiency in insurance CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</p></div>

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of P&amp;C sales agents to achieve and exceed sales goals.</p><p>
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive agency growth and market penetration.</p><p>
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.</p><p>
Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.</p><p>
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management.</p><p>
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional development and success.</p><p>
Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.</p><p>
