Salary Range: $50,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
Paid Time Off (PTO)Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) or 5-20 (All Lines) license required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales.
Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets.
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team.
Strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and underwriting principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in insurance CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of P&C sales agents to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive agency growth and market penetration.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional development and success.
Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other industry partners.
