<ul><li>Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle &mdash; onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding</li><li>Maintain and update HRIS / employee records with accuracy and confidentiality</li><li>Process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, deductions, and overtime</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and entitlements in a timely manner</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment support &mdash; scheduling, offer letters, and documentation</li><li>Prepare HR reports, headcount trackers, and dashboards for management review</li><li>Support performance management cycles &mdash; tracking completion, coordinating reviews, and maintaining records</li><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and recognition programs</li><li>Draft HR communications &mdash; memos, policy updates, employment letters, and notices</li><li>Manage leave management system and ensure adherence to leave policies</li></ul><p>What You Bring</p><ul><li>6 months&ndash;1 years of hands-on HR operations experience</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office (especially Excel)</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Discretion in handling confidential employee information</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
