People & Culture Officer

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
  • Maintain and update HRIS / employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, deductions, and overtime
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and entitlements in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment support — scheduling, offer letters, and documentation
  • Prepare HR reports, headcount trackers, and dashboards for management review
  • Support performance management cycles — tracking completion, coordinating reviews, and maintaining records
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and recognition programs
  • Draft HR communications — memos, policy updates, employment letters, and notices
  • Manage leave management system and ensure adherence to leave policies

What You Bring

  • 6 months–1 years of hands-on HR operations experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential employee information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
