
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
- Maintain and update HRIS / employee records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, deductions, and overtime
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and entitlements in a timely manner
- Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment support — scheduling, offer letters, and documentation
- Prepare HR reports, headcount trackers, and dashboards for management review
- Support performance management cycles — tracking completion, coordinating reviews, and maintaining records
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and recognition programs
- Draft HR communications — memos, policy updates, employment letters, and notices
- Manage leave management system and ensure adherence to leave policies
What You Bring
- 6 months–1 years of hands-on HR operations experience
- Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office (especially Excel)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Discretion in handling confidential employee information
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
