 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of logistics operations for our clients&rsquo; delivery companies relying on our services for rider management, fleet coordination, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, workforce management, and service delivery, with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee end-to-end operational support provided to delivery companies, including rider deployment, shift planning, fleet utilization, and performance tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and lead a team of supervisors, coordinators, and support staff across multiple operational sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary liaison between the company and client delivery partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and monitor processes related to onboarding, attendance, route assignment, and performance of delivery riders/drivers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate daily logistics activities such as rider allocation, replacement planning, equipment handling, and escalation management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze operational data and KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive quality service delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with client requirements, legal regulations, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular audits of operations to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development and training of staff to maintain high standards of execution.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-savvy with experience in logistics software, workforce management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with delivery operations in the GCC region is a strong plus.
 </li>

 Preferred Attributes:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or B2B operational service environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Multilingual capability (English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of accountability, adaptability, and customer-service mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible to work outside regular hours when operationally required.
 </li>
