Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of logistics operations for our clients’ delivery companies relying on our services for rider management, fleet coordination, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, workforce management, and service delivery, with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end operational support provided to delivery companies, including rider deployment, shift planning, fleet utilization, and performance tracking.

Manage and lead a team of supervisors, coordinators, and support staff across multiple operational sites.

Act as the primary liaison between the company and client delivery partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.

Implement and monitor processes related to onboarding, attendance, route assignment, and performance of delivery riders/drivers.

Coordinate daily logistics activities such as rider allocation, replacement planning, equipment handling, and escalation management.

Analyze operational data and KPIs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive quality service delivery.

Ensure compliance with client requirements, legal regulations, and company policies.

Conduct regular audits of operations to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal leadership and client stakeholders.

Support the development and training of staff to maintain high standards of execution.

Proven leadership experience managing large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Tech-savvy with experience in logistics software, workforce management systems, and Microsoft Office tools.

Familiarity with delivery operations in the GCC region is a strong plus.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or B2B operational service environments.

Multilingual capability (English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a plus).
