Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong understanding of spa budgets, financial reports, and inventory management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop staff.
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and operational procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards in spa operations.
