  • Assists in managing spa operations and budgets.
  • Ensures all employees have the necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Reviews budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports to support financial management.
  • Manages supply and equipment inventories within budget limits.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the spa, related areas, and equipment.
  • Understands the department’s impact on overall property financial goals and works to achieve or exceed budgeted targets.
  • Ensures employees understand expectations, standards, and operational parameters.
  • Escalates issues to the department manager or Human Resources when necessary.
  • Sets a positive example for guest relations and service excellence.
  • Engages with guests to gather feedback on service quality and satisfaction.
  • Addresses guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Empowers employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Highlights guest satisfaction in team meetings and encourages continuous improvement.
  • Strives to enhance overall service performance and guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of spa budgets, financial reports, and inventory management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and operational procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Flexible, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards in spa operations.
  • Female candidates are preferred due to operational requirements.
  • Open to both local and international applicants.
