About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing vital administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer and direct phone calls and emails promptlyMaintain reception area and meeting roomsSchedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendarsPrepare and organize correspondence, reports, and other documentsSupport various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handlingCoordinate office supplies and equipment maintenanceAssist management and staff with general administrative support as neededQualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional appearance and positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or certification is a plus*Preferably Male CandidateJob Type: Full-time
