Swift Rehabilitation is expanding into New Jersey and is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a PT in our adult daycare therapy program.This is a great opportunity to join an established therapy company and be part of launching services in a high-demand setting with consistent patient volume.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide physical therapy services in adult daycare settings</li><li>Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>Treat patients with mobility, balance, strength, and functional limitations</li><li>Complete accurate and compliant documentation (Medicare/Medicaid standards)</li><li>Serve as the primary therapy contact at the assigned facility</li><li>Collaborate with facility staff to identify patients who may benefit from therapy</li><li>Assist with onboarding of new patients (basic coordination with office team)</li><li>Support growth of therapy services as patient volume increases</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Independent Contractor (1099): $60 per visit</li><li>Employee (W2 with benefits): approximately $50 per visit (includes benefits such as health insurance, PTO, etc., depending on schedule)</li></ul>Typical caseload: 6&ndash;10 patients per day Estimated daily earnings: $300&ndash;$600+<ul><li>Consistent patient volume once services begin</li><li>Flexible weekday schedule (no evenings or weekends)</li></ul>Start Timeline:<ul><li>Immediate interviews</li><li>Expected start within 2&ndash;4 weeks (pending credentialing and onboarding)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License</li><li>Experience with adult/geriatric population preferred</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Comfortable working in a collaborative facility setting</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Established multi-location therapy company</li><li>High-volume referral environment (adult daycares)</li><li>Flexible daytime schedule</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we expand</li></ul>To Apply: Submit your resume and availability.
