Physical Therapist – $300 - $600/Day - All patients in one location (No travel between patients

Swift Rehabilitation is expanding into New Jersey and is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a PT in our adult daycare therapy program.

This is a great opportunity to join an established therapy company and be part of launching services in a high-demand setting with consistent patient volume.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services in adult daycare settings
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat patients with mobility, balance, strength, and functional limitations
• Complete accurate and compliant documentation (Medicare/Medicaid standards)
• Serve as the primary therapy contact at the assigned facility
• Collaborate with facility staff to identify patients who may benefit from therapy
• Assist with onboarding of new patients (basic coordination with office team)
• Support growth of therapy services as patient volume increases

Compensation:

• Independent Contractor (1099): $60 per visit
• Employee (W2 with benefits): approximately $50 per visit (includes benefits such as health insurance, PTO, etc., depending on schedule)

Typical caseload: 6–10 patients per day
Estimated daily earnings: $300–$600+”

• Consistent patient volume once services begin
• Flexible weekday schedule (no evenings or weekends)

Start Timeline:

• Immediate interviews
• Expected start within 2–4 weeks (pending credentialing and onboarding)

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License
• Experience with adult/geriatric population preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in a collaborative facility setting
