Swimhaus is hiring team members for our Front Desk.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answers phones and responds to all inquiries</li><li>Registers new students</li><li>Schedules birthday parties</li><li>Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a positive and professional manner</li><li>Greets all parents and students as they enter and exit the facility</li><li>Maintains cleanliness of the facility</li><li>Go above and beyond for all customers</li></ul>We are flexible on the amount of shifts you work a week. Hours we are looking to fill:Tuesdays: 3pm-7pmSaturday and Sunday mornings: 8am-2pm**Must work at least 1 weekend day every week**We have additional hours for the right candidate.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $16.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer Service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
