Front Desk Team Member

Are you outgoing and energetic? Want to join a fun and fast growing company? Swimhaus is hiring team members for our Front Desk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers phones and responds to all inquiries
• Registers new students
• Schedules birthday parties
• Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a positive and professional manner
• Greets all parents and students as they enter and exit the facility
• Maintains cleanliness of the facility
• Go above and beyond for all customers

We are flexible on the amount of shifts you work a week. Hours we are looking to fill:

Tuesdays: 3pm-7pm

Saturday and Sunday mornings: 8am-2pm

**Must work at least 1 weekend day every week**

We have additional hours for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
