HR Executive &ndash; Candidate Calling &amp; RecruitmentJob Summary:We are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily be responsible for high-volume calling, initial screening for various job openings. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage large candidate databases efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct high-volume outbound calls to candidates for positions.</li><li>Explain job roles, responsibilities over phone calls.</li><li>Do initial screening to evaluate candidates .</li><li>Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.</li><li>Follow up with candidates</li><li>Handle candidate queries and provide support throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Assist in mass recruitment drives when required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in HR / recruitment / telecalling roles.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable with 100+ calling in a day and target-based work..</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in BPO or mass recruitment.</li><li>Ability to communicate in multiple languages.</li></ul>Work Details:<ul><li>Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM</li><li>Location: Remote</li><li>Mode: Work From Home</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to grow in HR and Talent Acquisition.</li><li>Supportive and friendly work environment.</li><li>Scope for incentives</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,304.62 - &#8377;20,369.28 per monthWork Location: Remote
