HR Executive – Candidate Calling & Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily be responsible for high-volume calling, initial screening for various job openings. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage large candidate databases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to candidates for positions.
  • Explain job roles, responsibilities over phone calls.
  • Do initial screening to evaluate candidates .
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates
  • Handle candidate queries and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in mass recruitment drives when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR / recruitment / telecalling roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with 100+ calling in a day and target-based work..

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in BPO or mass recruitment.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages.

Work Details:

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Location: Remote
  • Mode: Work From Home
