We are looking for two motivated Protection Advisors to join a successful and growing financial services organisation in Colchester.You will be responsible for:<ul><li>Speaking with clients and undertaking in-depth reviews of their financial / protection circumstances</li><li>Analyse information and prepare plans best suited to individual client requirements</li><li>Keep up to date with the marketplace, new legislation and products etc</li><li>Help clients make informed decisions</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Candidates need to come from a financial services / banking / insurance background and have experience of offering advice or selling protection / insurance / mortgage based products.</li><li>Ideally candidates will be professionally qualified, although not essential.</li><li>You will be highly motivated and able to thrive in a busy environment.</li></ul>In return candidates can expect to receive a competitive basic salary of £25-30k as well as an excellent commission structure

Protection Advisor

Our client, a well established but expanding wealth management employee benefits consultancy, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator into their team.Candidates will be responsible for providing administration and general support to an Employee Benefits Consultant in the day to day running of client accounts accross a range of pensions, group risk, group healthcare, flexible benefits etc. You will co-ordinate and undertake all administration in relation to the schemes including updating member data, renewals, claims data, communication materials and other associated queries.Candidates need to come from an employee benefits background and have experience in administering Corporate pensions or Group Healthcare or Group Risk schemes including GPP's, Group Private Medical insurance, Group Risk and flexible benefit schemes. Candidates will ideally hold professional qualifications although this is not essential. You will haveexcellent communication skills and ideally experience of dealing with a range of SME and Corporate clients.In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary depending on experience as well as an excellent company benefits package and scope for hybrid working.

Employee Benefits Administrator

We are pleased to be working with a national and rapidly expanding wealth management and employee benefits organisation.Owing to this growth our client are seeking a Training & Competency Manager to help support trainee Financial Planners achieve CAS status as well as monitoring the ongoing competence of existing financial planners.Responsibilities:<ul><li>You will supervise and support Financial Planners / IFA's of varying experience, based in multiple locations.</li><li>Candidates will be responsible for carrying out observations and Competency Assessments as required, whilst undertaking role plays and provide feedback to Financial Planners to aid improvement.</li><li>You will assist in the development and delivery of training material.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Candidates need demonstrable experience within a training / coaching / T&C role within a Financial Services, Wealth Management or a private client organisation.</li><li>You will be qualified to Level 4 Diploma, and ideally hold advanced qualifications</li><li>Strong stakeholder management experience - particularly a collaborative, partnering approach</li><li>Experience of training and developing financial advisers within a regulated environment.</li></ul>In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary and package. The role also offers full flexibility in terms of remote working, although regular travel will be required.

Our client, a well established professional services business with an expanding employee benefits arm, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Associate Employee Benefits Consultant into their team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients</li><li>You will build relationships with insurers and contacts within clients </li><li>Candidates will also support more experienced consultants on larger clients to develop and expand your experience and knowledge. </li><li>You will support in some areas of administrative work for clients but also seek to delegate this to the broader team.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Candidates need to come from an employee benefits background and have experience with Corporate pensions or Group Healthcare or Group Risk schemes including GPP's, Group Private Medical insurance, Group Risk and flexible benefit schemes. </li><li>Candidates will ideally hold professional qualifications although this is not essential. </li><li>Client facing experience is preferred and ideally experience of dealing with a range of SME and Corporate clients.</li><li>Experience in presenting or comfortable presenting to clients is preferred.</li></ul>In return our client is looking to offer a competitive basic salary depending on experience as well as an excellent company benefits package including hybrid working, enhanced pension and holidays etc.
