Responsibilities:<ul><li>Project Management:</li><li>Oversee the entire lifecycle of solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.</li><li>Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential solar projects.</li><li>Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Prepare and submit permit applications and documentation required for project approval.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities and utilities to facilitate project approvals and interconnections.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and innovation in solar project planning and implementation.</li><li>Technical Expertise:</li><li>Provide technical expertise in solar panel manufacturing, installation, and integration with MEP systems.</li><li>Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions to optimize system performance.</li><li>Marketing and Sales Support:</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, case studies, and presentations highlighting the company's solar solutions.</li><li>Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during client meetings, proposals, and negotiations</li><li>Quality Assurance and Compliance:</li><li>Implement quality assurance processes of the company to ensure that projects meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of installations and address any deficiencies.</li><li>Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to solar energy and construction.</li><li>Team Leadership and Development:</li><li>Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.</li><li>Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Solar Energy , Project Management</li></ul>Location: This is an on-site role, and the person in charge will be required to travel and stay at project sites as needed, depending on project demands.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;625,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
