Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential solar projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and documentation required for project approval.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and utilities to facilitate project approvals and interconnections.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and innovation in solar project planning and implementation.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical expertise in solar panel manufacturing, installation, and integration with MEP systems.
- Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions to optimize system performance.
- Marketing and Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, case studies, and presentations highlighting the company's solar solutions.
- Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during client meetings, proposals, and negotiations
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Implement quality assurance processes of the company to ensure that projects meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of installations and address any deficiencies.
- Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to solar energy and construction.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Location: This is an on-site role, and the person in charge will be required to travel and stay at project sites as needed, depending on project demands.

Pay: ₹625,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
