Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential solar projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and submit permit applications and documentation required for project approval.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and utilities to facilitate project approvals and interconnections.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and innovation in solar project planning and implementation.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Provide technical expertise in solar panel manufacturing, installation, and integration with MEP systems.
  • Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions to optimize system performance.
  • Marketing and Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, case studies, and presentations highlighting the company's solar solutions.
  • Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during client meetings, proposals, and negotiations
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Implement quality assurance processes of the company to ensure that projects meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality of installations and address any deficiencies.
  • Stay updated on relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to solar energy and construction.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Location: This is an on-site role, and the person in charge will be required to travel and stay at project sites as needed, depending on project demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹625,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
