<ul><li>Lead and coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, <b>with over 10 years of experience</b> in BIM management and coordination.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.</li><li>Review and manage 3D models for design accuracy, constructability, and client compliance.</li><li>Conduct clash detection, model audits, and quality checks using Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure design coordination.</li><li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to BIM modelers and junior staff.</li><li>Prepare as-built models and maintain accurate BIM documentation for project handover.</li><li>Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards, LOD specifications, and multidisciplinary coordination.</li><li>Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p>
