About UsSWSB Solutions is a fast-growing marketing company working with real estate, fitness, and lifestyle brands across the U.S. We specialize in social media growth, lead generation, and automated outreach systems.We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help support both our social media posting and cold DM lead generation efforts.Role OverviewThis role is a mix of social media management + Instagram Dms. You&rsquo;ll be helping keep accounts consistent, organized, and running smoothly day-to-day.This is not a content creation role &mdash; we provide the content. Your job is to edit, post, organize, and execute.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media (3 Accounts)<ul><li>Post 3&ndash;4x per week across multiple accounts (Instagram primarily)</li><li>Light editing of reels/content (cutting clips, formatting, basic polish)</li><li>Write and format captions (based on direction provided)</li><li>Schedule and maintain posting consistency</li></ul>Lead Generation / Cold DM Support<ul><li>Upload and manage Instagram lead lists</li><li>Input accounts into scraping/DM systems</li><li>Organize and clean lead data (CSV files, lists, etc.)</li><li>Ensure targeting stays relevant (no businesses, correct demographics, etc.)</li><li>Assist with onboarding new client accounts into our system (this is not a client facing role, just helping find their demographic in our dm software system so our automated system can dm them)</li></ul>General Support<ul><li>Keep systems organized and up to date</li><li>Communicate clearly on task progress</li><li>Flag issues or inefficiencies when you see them</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Detail-oriented and organized (this is HUGE)</li><li>Comfortable working with Instagram and basic marketing tools</li><li>Familiar with Google Sheets / CSV files</li><li>Able to follow direction and execute quickly</li><li>Reliable and consistent (we move fast)</li><li>Bonus: Experience with social media scheduling tools or DM outreach systems</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>$1,500/month (contract, month-to-month)</li><li>Fully remote</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a larger role as we scale</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease include:<ul><li>A short note about your experience with social media + organization</li><li>Any relevant examples (accounts you've managed, etc.)</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re someone who is organized, fast, and wants to grow with a marketing company &mdash; we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Pay: From $1,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
