Marketing Assistant (Remote – San Diego Preferred)

SWSB Solutions is a fast-growing marketing company working with real estate, fitness, and lifestyle brands across the U.S. We specialize in social media growth, lead generation, and automated outreach systems.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help support both our social media posting and cold DM lead generation efforts.

Role Overview

This role is a mix of social media management + Instagram Dms. You’ll be helping keep accounts consistent, organized, and running smoothly day-to-day.

This is not a content creation role — we provide the content. Your job is to edit, post, organize, and execute.

Responsibilities

Social Media (3 Accounts)

• Post 3–4x per week across multiple accounts (Instagram primarily)
• Light editing of reels/content (cutting clips, formatting, basic polish)
• Write and format captions (based on direction provided)
• Schedule and maintain posting consistency

Lead Generation / Cold DM Support

• Upload and manage Instagram lead lists
• Input accounts into scraping/DM systems
• Organize and clean lead data (CSV files, lists, etc.)
• Ensure targeting stays relevant (no businesses, correct demographics, etc.)
• Assist with onboarding new client accounts into our system (this is not a client facing role, just helping find their demographic in our dm software system so our automated system can dm them)

General Support

• Keep systems organized and up to date
• Communicate clearly on task progress
• Flag issues or inefficiencies when you see them

Ideal Candidate

• Detail-oriented and organized (this is HUGE)
• Comfortable working with Instagram and basic marketing tools
• Familiar with Google Sheets / CSV files
• Able to follow direction and execute quickly
• Reliable and consistent (we move fast)
• Bonus: Experience with social media scheduling tools or DM outreach systems

Compensation & Growth

• $1,500/month (contract, month-to-month)
• Fully remote
• Opportunity to grow into a larger role as we scale
