Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Xiaohongshu to increase engagement and followers.
- Strong photography skills, with proficiency in photo editing and video editing.
- Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns and brand identity.
- Manage social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost reach and conversions while analyzing performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling content including blog posts, videos, photography, and graphics aligned with branding guidelines.
- Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and streamline workflow.
- Engage with online communities through relationship management practices to foster loyalty and enhance brand reputation.
- Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve organic search rankings and visibility across digital channels.
- Support public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media contacts, and organizing promotional events.
- Track campaign performance using web analytics tools; prepare reports that inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro for video editing), and photography skills.
- Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for managing multiple accounts efficiently.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills to engage audiences authentically across platforms.
