Ltd. is a fast-growing soft-luggage, duffle trolley, handbags, backpacks, and travel- accessory manufacturing company trusted by leading brands such as VIP Industries, Flipkar (Metronaut, Wrogn &amp; Killer) , Zouk, Arctic Fox, Nasher Miles, and Caprese.With two production units and 150+ employees, we focus on quality, consistency, and scalable manufacturing.Role Overview - The HR Executive &ndash; Talent &amp; Admin will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment execution, attendance coordination, payroll support, and day-to-day HR and administrative operations across two manufacturing units. The role requires coordination and physical presence at both units as required (typically thrice a week) to ensure smooth HR and admin functioning.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition &amp; Recruitment<ul><li>Draft and update job descriptions for factory and office roles.</li><li>Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and local hiring channels.</li><li>Source candidates through portals, referrals, and walk-ins.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.</li><li>Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.</li><li>Support offer letter issuance and onboarding formalities as per approved formats.</li></ul>2. Attendance &amp; Workforce Coordination<ul><li>Maintain daily attendance records (biometric/manual) for all employees.</li><li>Track absentees, late marks, overtime, and leaves.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors at both units for attendance clarification.</li><li>Share final attendance data with the HR Operations Manager for payroll processing.</li></ul>3. Payroll Support<ul><li>Compile attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll preparation.</li><li>Maintain records of advances, deductions, and incentives.</li><li>Assist in salary data verification prior to payroll finalization.</li><li>Ensure payroll-related documentation is accurate and up to date.</li></ul>4. HR Documentation &amp; Records<ul><li>Maintain employee personal files (joining forms, ID proofs, contracts).</li><li>Update HR trackers for headcount, recruitment status, and attrition.</li><li>Support exit formalities including documentation and clearance records.</li><li>Ensure HR records are organized and audit-ready.</li></ul>5. Administration &amp; Stationery Management<ul><li>Manage stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and registers across both units.</li><li>Maintain stock records and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.</li><li>Support housekeeping and basic office/factory admin requirements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in HR, Management, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR or admin role, preferably in manufacturing.</li><li>Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance, and payroll processes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, HR trackers, and job portals.</li><li>Willingness to travel between two units as required (typically twice a week).</li><li>Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Time-to-hire and vacancy closure rate.</li><li>Accuracy of attendance and payroll data.</li><li>Documentation completeness and compliance.</li><li>Zero disruption due to admin or stationery shortages.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>This role requires travel between two manufacturing units approximately thrice a week.
