With two production units and 150+ employees, we focus on quality, consistency, and scalable manufacturing.

Role Overview - The HR Executive – Talent & Admin will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment execution, attendance coordination, payroll support, and day-to-day HR and administrative operations across two manufacturing units. The role requires coordination and physical presence at both units as required (typically thrice a week) to ensure smooth HR and admin functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Draft and update job descriptions for factory and office roles.
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and local hiring channels.
  • Source candidates through portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with department heads.
  • Support offer letter issuance and onboarding formalities as per approved formats.

2. Attendance & Workforce Coordination

  • Maintain daily attendance records (biometric/manual) for all employees.
  • Track absentees, late marks, overtime, and leaves.
  • Coordinate with supervisors at both units for attendance clarification.
  • Share final attendance data with the HR Operations Manager for payroll processing.

3. Payroll Support

  • Compile attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll preparation.
  • Maintain records of advances, deductions, and incentives.
  • Assist in salary data verification prior to payroll finalization.
  • Ensure payroll-related documentation is accurate and up to date.

4. HR Documentation & Records

  • Maintain employee personal files (joining forms, ID proofs, contracts).
  • Update HR trackers for headcount, recruitment status, and attrition.
  • Support exit formalities including documentation and clearance records.
  • Ensure HR records are organized and audit-ready.

5. Administration & Stationery Management

  • Manage stationery, uniforms, ID cards, and registers across both units.
  • Maintain stock records and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Support housekeeping and basic office/factory admin requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or admin role, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance, and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HR trackers, and job portals.
  • Willingness to travel between two units as required (typically twice a week).
  • Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Time-to-hire and vacancy closure rate.
  • Accuracy of attendance and payroll data.
  • Documentation completeness and compliance.
  • Zero disruption due to admin or stationery shortages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
