 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Recruiter will be responsible for hiring qualified academic and non-academic professionals for the organization. This includes educators, trainers, counsellors, sales &amp; marketing staff, administrative roles, and center operations personnel. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with the institution&rsquo;s goals and culture.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 1. Talent Acquisition
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand job requirements for academic and non-academic positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Screen resumes, evaluate applicant qualifications, and conduct preliminary interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate technical/academic interviews, demo classes, and assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Recruitment Process Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct background checks and verify educational/experience documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Discuss salary expectations and assist in offer negotiation &amp; roll-out.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Stakeholder Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with academic heads, center managers, and department leaders to understand hiring needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide timely updates on recruitment status and candidate progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR team in workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Promote the organization positively to potential candidates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain relationships with institutional partners and training centers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5. Documentation &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain recruitment dashboards and candidate databases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all HR documentation and compliance requirements are met.
 </li>
 </ul>

 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordination with vendors. Raising Purchase Orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking requisitions from other departments (MRNs) &amp; forwarding to Stores.
 </li>
 <li>
 Physical verification of stock on monthly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in regulations related to procurement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and select suppliers for goods and services based on price, quality, and delivery speed
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and maintain inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize stockouts
 </li>
