Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for hiring qualified academic and non-academic professionals for the organization. This includes educators, trainers, counsellors, sales & marketing staff, administrative roles, and center operations personnel. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with the institution’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Understand job requirements for academic and non-academic positions.
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Screen resumes, evaluate applicant qualifications, and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Coordinate technical/academic interviews, demo classes, and assessments.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.

2. Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Conduct background checks and verify educational/experience documents.
  • Discuss salary expectations and assist in offer negotiation & roll-out.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with academic heads, center managers, and department leaders to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide timely updates on recruitment status and candidate progress.
  • Support HR team in workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.

4. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

  • Promote the organization positively to potential candidates.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
  • Maintain relationships with institutional partners and training centers.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and candidate databases.
  • Track hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Ensure all HR documentation and compliance requirements are met.
