Role Overview</b></p><p>
We are hiring a Senior SQA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our web-based Restaurant Management System (RMS). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both manual and automation testing to minimize repetitive manual work and improve release efficiency.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.</p><p>
Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.</p><p>
Build and maintain automation test suites (Selenium / Cypress or similar).</p><p>
Automate repetitive regression scenarios to reduce manual dependency.</p><p>
Conduct database validation (SQL) and API testing (Postman).</p><p>
Perform cross-browser and performance testing.</p><p>
Validate payment flows, POS integrations, and third-party APIs.</p><p>
Track and manage bugs using Jira (or similar tools).</p><p>
Collaborate with developers in an Agile environment.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Requirements</b></p><p>
4+ years of experience in Web Application QA.</p><p>
Strong knowledge of SDLC &amp; STLC.</p><p>
Hands-on experience in test automation (mandatory).</p><p>
Experience with API testing and database queries.</p><p>
Understanding of SaaS platforms and production release cycles.</p><p>
Experience in RMS, POS, or similar transactional systems is a plus.</p></div>
