POSITION SUMMARY:

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior SQA Engineer to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of our web-based Restaurant Management System (RMS). The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both manual and automation testing to minimize repetitive manual work and improve release efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test strategies.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.

Build and maintain automation test suites (Selenium / Cypress or similar).

Automate repetitive regression scenarios to reduce manual dependency.

Conduct database validation (SQL) and API testing (Postman).

Perform cross-browser and performance testing.

Validate payment flows, POS integrations, and third-party APIs.

Track and manage bugs using Jira (or similar tools).

Collaborate with developers in an Agile environment.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Web Application QA.

Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC.

Hands-on experience in test automation (mandatory).

Experience with API testing and database queries.

Understanding of SaaS platforms and production release cycles.

Experience in RMS, POS, or similar transactional systems is a plus.
